(B) Rs.16,000/- per annum + Tax (GST) @18% as applicable for Independent House
*Tenant Fixing – One month rent is charged as service fee if we fix the tenant. Owners can also market. However, if our service is used for showing the property, service charge payable is half month rent on successful finalization of the tenant.
