I live in Sydney and was desperately looking for someone to take care of our T.Nagar apartment. Checked various agencies but when I met Mr V Krishna Swamy, I decided to go with 360 management. I am impressed about the way they communicate, send emails and photos of the property and any maintenance activity. Recently, they took care of motor repair and really liked how they were selective in using the quality materials for the repair.
Mr. Tamil is very proactive and extremely responsive to my emails and respond anytime during the week or weekends. He makes frequent visit and provide personalized details which i request for the property.

Being non residents , when we visited Chennai in December 2018, looking for an entity to look after our 3 bedroom apartment in K K Nagar after much research we selected 360 Property Management in Ashok Nagar.
